Are you on medication at the moment? Yes, you've got, put it on your medical ICE card. Are you a donor? yes, well ....need I say it? put it on your ICE Card. What person or persons would you want to be contacted initially in the case of emergency? List four names of contacts on the ICE Card. Do you have a Doctor? Name him or her on the ICE Card. How easy would it be for a medicall team to have this information readily available for them to be able to assess and treat in emergency if they simply looked at the ICE Card? It can do no harm, on the contrary, it could only help.
