Information about the use of the Sporting Facilities in Benahavis

RESERVA Y ALQUILER DE INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS

1-   LAS RESERVAS SE HAN DE HACER PERSONALMENTE EN CONSERJERIA. Reservations have to be made in person at the reception.

2-   NO SE PUEDE RESERVAR POR TELEFONO. Telephone reservations cannot be taken.

3-   LAS RESERVAS SE HARAN DIARIAMENTE EN CONSERJERIA Reservations can be made during business hours Monday till Friday.

4-   LOS ABONADOS DEBERAN ENSEÑAR EL CARNE A LA HORA DE HACER LA RESERVA. Sportscards must be presented for reservations.

5-   LOS NO ABONADOS PAGARAN LA CUOTA  DE ALQUILER AL HACER LA RESERVA. Noncard holders must pay when reserving.

6-   EL ALQUILER DE LAS PISTAS ES POR ESPACIO DE UNA HORA (1 HORA). Court rentals are for periods of 1 hour.

7-   LA NO COMPARECENCIA15 MINUTOS PASADA LA HORA HARA QUE SE PIERDA EL DERECHO DE JUEGO. Turning up 15 minutes late will result in losing the right to play.

8-   NO NOTIFICAR LA INCOMPARECENCIA SERA MOTIVO DE AMONESTACION (ABONADOS) Failure to turn up and not cancelling will result in a caution.

9-   NO SE DEVOLVERA EL DINERO EN CASO DE NO COMPARECENCIA O AVISO PREVIO. Fees are non returnable in the case of no shows without sufficient notification.
