Operational services are repainting road markings from the city center. Municipal services began these works last week.  The repainting will take place on the central streets of the town that largely were worn through use.
 
At the same time in the plaza alameda crosswalks and other areas have been remarked due to local demand.
 
With these measures the department of traffic and road safety is hoping to improve the safety of pedestrians who in many cases have suffered from road traffic problems.
