We were here recently at a charity event where the proprietors put on an excellent buffet of cold salmon, chilli con carne, curry, chicken legs, rice, baked potatos and all the trimmings at 12.80 per head including a donation to the charity.  Very good wine was on sale at 7 euro a bottle plus the usual beers and spirits and guiness (but no gordons or beefeater gin!!)

They do other good food during the week (closed mon/thurs).  That excellent buffet was well worth the journey.
